Daddy H as been performing from a tender age of 9 years influence by Living next to Joe Gibbs Studio on Retirement Crescent. @ This Studio I met some of Reggae Greats of the times. Performing around Kingston on sound system like Virgo International were I met Tiger and other D’js @ that time.
Been unable to write lyrics and no one would teach or show me, it was frustrating for me, so I give up some what. I Migrate to Edmonton Alberta in early 1985, were I didn’t giving up on writing songs which would be Relevant to Reggae lovers world over. I went back to Jamaica in the Summer of 1988 and all my friends and Family who I left all become Artists after I left Jamaica. One Night in the hills of St Andrews the there was a dance that was taking place, but because of the respect they have for me long time ago in the dance hall they want me to perform at the dance. I remember, I have this one lyrics from I was young, and I perform it at the dance, the cops that was at the dance give me gun salute I was overwhelm. I came back to Alberta from that time and learn eventually how to write songs an perform them to the best of my ability.
